The Norwegian design council (“Norsk Designråd”) awards the distinction “Design Effect Grand Prix” to design projects where there is a clear connection between the design and the projects’ success. Nille and New Store Europe’s re-design of the Nille stores have contributed to growth in revenues of NOK 1.1 million per store, an increase in the number of customers by 21 percent and an increase in sales per customer of 37 percent.

Right now we take pride in working with all these skilful people at Nille, and we are looking forward to the continuation! We have come far, but going forward there will be exciting years.” CEO Pål Wibe stated at the award presentation, continuing with “We have already started the process of designing tomorrows Nille-shops, targeting the design award again in 2015.”
