Herkules Capital establishes Singapore office

(Oslo, 1 Juli 2013) Herkules Capital has hired Erik Borgen, former Vice President of DNB Asia, to open an office in Singapore. The office will mainly operate as a facilitator for Herkules' portfolio companies in connection with procurement and production in Asia.

Asia has become strategically important for several of Herkules’ portfolio companies. The Singapore office will search for and establish contacts with potential business partners. This will facilitate establishments in Asia as well as securing the quality of potential partners in relation to responsible investments and procurement for the existing portfolio companies. The office will also be responsible for the ongoing contact with Asian investors.

The planned opening of the Singapore office is 1 September.
