New Directors appointed at Herkules Capital

Herkules Capital AS has appointed Torkild Solli Haukaas, Henrik Knudtzon and Gaute Gillebo as Directors. These promotions reflect the firm's continued growth and ability to develop its own talents.

Torkild Solli Haukaas (33) has been with Herkules for 6 years. He works with the portfolio companies Enoro, Odlo and Harding, in addition to the industry segments consumer goods, media/telecom and energy. Previously he has worked with the Tilbords and Estrella Maarud investments. Mr. Solli Haukaas has previous experience from the Nordic media group, Schibsted where he worked with strategy and business development. He holds a Master of Science degree in financial economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), including an exchange program at Cornell University in the US.

Henrik Knudtzon (33) has worked at Herkules for almost 6 years. He focuses on the investments in Micro Matic Norge, EFG European Furniture Group, New Store Europe and Didriksons. He has also been responsible for the growth of the exited companies Gothia Financial Group and Projectiondesign. He also works with the industry segments basic industries and financial services/services. Prior to joining Herkules, Mr. Knudtzon worked almost four years with McKinsey & Company in Oslo. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, with a specialization in finance, from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Gaute Gillebo (33) has been with Herkules for almost 5 years. He works with the development of the Nevion, Bandak, Norsk Jernbanedrift, Helse Holding and Espresso House investments, and was on the team of the exited investment, Nille. He focuses on the sectors retail, energy and basic industries. Prior to joining Herkules, Mr. Gillebo worked 2 years with the auditing and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and 3 years with investment banking at Norden Investment Banking and ABG Sundal Collier gaining broad experience from a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, consumer goods and retail. Mr. Gillebo holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, with a specialization in finance, from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
